"Salsa" is the Latin word for "salted", and in the Concordia: Salsa expansion for Concordia, players will find:

• 2 new maps: "Byzantium" and "Hispania"
• Wooden pieces for a 6th commodity: salt
• City tokens for more salt cities
• 20 plus new cards

The cards are all unique, can be acquired during the game, and salt your game with new strategic challenges! Some cards have permanent effects, others return to the deck after use. Both the 6th commodity and the new cards can be played with the base game and the Britannia expansion too, therefore giving even more variety
