Vienna, one of the great centers of Europe during the beginning of the 20th century, and over all rested the emperor. The players are in the middle of Viennese modernism and push their luck as hoteliers. The guests don't only want a room, they also want food. Remember to pay respect to the emperor, or quickly fall out of favor. Only one player can make his coffee house into the Grand Austria Hotel!
